Job Description:
This role is an opportunity to support a fast-paced legal team by being the first point of contact for clients and ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from the very first interaction. The key role is managing communications, organizing incoming inquiries, and helping guide potential clients through the initial stages of the process. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable speaking with clients in a clear and confident manner. This person thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment where responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism are essential.
Monthly Compensation: 1,015 to 1,100 USD
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Follow communication protocols and ensure timely responses
• Assist the team with overflow and backup support when needed
• Create a strong and welcoming first impression for the firm
• Support overall team efficiency through organization and responsiveness
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation in systems
• Manage intake-related tasks and support client onboarding processes
• Provide professional and empathetic communication with potential and existing clients
• Answer incoming calls and monitor communications across channels
Requirements:
• Time Zone: PST
• Comfortable working with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Clio, Teams, RingCentral, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Proficient in standard web browsers such as Chrome and Edge
• Reliable internet connection required
• Stable remote work setup required
